I am a long term customer, and I recently had to return an order of trousers that did not fit well. The replacement trousers were perfect, but this time I wish to commend your returns service. The original bag was easily used for return, and the post free return label was easily printed out. I particularly liked receiving advice on each step of return; acceptance by the carrier, arrival at PC and despatch from PC. Very professional. Excellent goods and excellent service. Well done
