Where a product is unavailable, we may offer a suitable alternative. You are under no obligation to accept any substitute product and may instead choose to receive a full refund.
While we take all reasonable care to ensure that information in our catalogues and online is accurate, errors may occur. In the event of an error in the pricing of the products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of re-confirming the order at the correct prices or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you have already paid for the products and we subsequently cancel the order, you will receive a full refund.
Our prices are inclusive of any applicable value added tax (VAT) or other sales tax (at the rate from time to time in force). Any VAT, packaging or delivery costs for which you shall be liable will be confirmed prior to your order being placed. If the rate of VAT changes between your order date and the date we supply the products, we will adjust the rate of VAT that you pay, unless you have already paid for the products in full before the change in the rate of VAT takes effect.
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order. If an incorrect address is supplied and the order has already been dispatched, Peter Christian cannot accept responsibility for delays, additional delivery charges or non-delivery resulting from the incorrect information provided. Where possible, we will always try to assist in recovering or redirecting a parcel, but we cannot guarantee that this will be possible.
Our returns policy is designed to give customers confidence when shopping with Peter Christian. However, if we identify an unusually high level of returns that suggests our returns policy is being misused, we reserve the right to refuse future orders and/or suspend customer accounts.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise protected under UK consumer legislation.
