Company excellent but they need to sort out the courier who dumps parcels and doesn’t advise goods have been delivered. One recently was received so wet having spent time out in the rain it fell out of the bag. Fortunately goods were wrapped in plastic. This needs to be addressed.

The item i ordered did not arrive within the given time period however, I did feel this was in part to do with the order being placed in late November and may have been held up by increased demand for christmas. I have never experienced a delay in delivery with prior orders. As this was a present for a very special birthday I decided to email using the link provided, to ask when I could expect to receive the item. To date my email was never answered or acknowledged. The item arrived out of the blue a few days after my email with no warning or delivery slot, it was only by chance that I was at home to recieve it. I was so relieved to recieve it, this was not of concern on this occasion. I did however feel a little let down especially since having the order fulfilled I have been bombarded with requests to report 'how they did'. Well here's your answer. That said, the waistcoat I ordered is absolutely fabulous and my husband loves it. On this occasion I have not been 'put off' ordering again but I do think customer service was a little lacking this time.
