Jumpers nice, delivery service poor

Jumpers, nice colours, soft cotton, were folded with piece of tissue paper however arrived creased on arms and back. Delivery charge £5, supposed to be trackable and notified. Tracking not available for several days. Then tracked to arrival at local depot on a Sunday. Tracking not updated, should have indicated ETA but didn’t. Waited Monday & Tuesday, still no notification, then very late at night said ‘delivered’ but I didn’tread that until following day.

Soft Top Socks

Very happy with colours available and the way they stay up however I do think that there should be an offer of different sizes writing as a 42/8.5 shoes size perspective. There is a lot of sock ahead of the heel and that is difficult to manage with slip-on / slide-in footwear when one needs the heel to be in the correct position for the non slip/soft top to perform at its best .......... maybe 6-9 and 9-11 would give more choice and a better overall fit.
