The trousers I ordered were delivered quickly. The order was accurate. Surprisingly, 2 pairs fitted my husband and 2 didn't, yet I'd ordered all in the same size. The fit was obviously key, but hadn't been brought to our attention that one was a far smaller waist fit. It was efficiently sorted out, and the 2 pairs that were too tight were replaced, at no charge, for bigger and more comfortable trousers..
