I recently made a purchase and realised I had ordered the wrong item. I tried using the qr code to return item, but found it confusing. I rang the company and received outstanding customer service. I returned the item and it was replaced by the one I should have ordered. I think I spoke to Jordan, who was incredibly helpful. It was a pleasure to receive such good service. The sort of company one would use again.

Amazing customer service, Jordan was kind and understanding that I had accidentally sent the wrong parcel and dealt with the situation calmly. After wondering if my parcel had made it back to the warehouse I called again and spoke to Kate who similarly had brilliant customer service, she was polite and lovely and explained how they had received the items but the refund would take time. I now feel a lot more confident because of this awesome customer service.
