The service in ordering and receiving my choices was very good but the actual sizes on receipt were too small to fit and had to be returned. This process was easy so no complaints there. However I asked for a refund rather than an exchange in case I again I was sent items turning out to be too small and I consider the 14 days it took to refund my money unnecessarily long and unacceptable in this day and age.

I ordered a pair of pyjamas, a waistcoat, a cravat and a shirt. All are colourful and wonderful and all receive copious and glorious comments (apart from the pyjamas, which probably would if I wore them outside!). The waistcoat fits perfectly and I've never slept better in the pyjamas!
